Qualification: B.E Instrumentation & Controls

Experience: 5 plus

Duties:

Developing Process Flow Diagram

• Developing Piping & Instrumentation Diagram
• Design basis
• Scenario analysis for Relief valve Design
• Hazardous Area classification Diagram
• Developing Process models in Simulation software like UNISIM, HYSYS etc.
• Designing of Heat exchanger by using HTRI
• Technical specifications
• Technical Bid analysis
• General arrangement drawings
• Equipment vendor drawing
• Design calculation report
• Input from client
• Review of 3-D model
• RFI / Proposals
• Man-hour estimation

He / She shall be responsible for

• Schedule & adherence to project execution procedure
• Monitoring of project man-hours, timesheets/leaves/ attendance authorization / leave planning of team members.
• Resource utilization.

He/ She should be conversant with

• Excel spreadsheet calculation, UNISIM, HYSYS, HTRI, Autocad etc.
• HAZOP methodology, SIL review
• ISO certified company environment
• Relevant Industrial design codes such as IS / API / ASME / Euro codes.
