GM /DGM /AGM /Sr. Mgr. -- Portfolio Management / Strategy

Key Responsibilities:

US Generics Portfolio Management:

• Ideate and select generics for development.
• Lead API and formulation selection across various dosage forms (oral solids, injectables, ophthalmic, topicals).
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and internal capabilities to optimize the portfolio.
• Identify and prioritize new product opportunities and lifecycle management strategies.
• Oversee product selection across geographies (US, Europe, Canada, Australia, Brazil).
• Track new approvals, assess opportunities, and develop contingency plans for pipeline optimization.
• Define and monitor KPI dashboards for portfolio health and risks.

Technical Strategy:

• Collaborate with R&D leaders to define long-term technical strategies across dosage forms.
• Align pipeline strategies with evolving technology platforms.

Team Development & People Management:

• Foster a customer-oriented and innovative team culture.
• Promote leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills among team members.

Requirements:

• Education: Science/Pharma graduate with M.Pharm, Ph.D., or MBA from a reputed institution.
• Experience: 8-12 years in Generics Drug Development, Portfolio Management, or Project Management.

• Skills:
• Strong understanding of the global generics landscape, regulatory environments, and pricing strategies.
• Proficiency in market research tools (IQVIA, IPD Analytics, GlobalData, Cortellis).
• Excellent project management, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
