AGM/ DGM - Liaisoning

This role involves coordinating with government authorities, local communities, regulatory bodies, and internal project teams to ensure that all necessary approvals, clearances, and permits are obtained and maintained. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, excellent communication skills, and experience in handling complex liaison processes in the construction sector.

Liaison & Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the main point of contact between the project team and external stakeholders, including government officials, landowners, community representatives, and utility providers.
• Build strong relationships with local communities to ensure smooth project execution and address any concerns or issues raised by local stakeholders.
• Collaborate with legal teams and consultants to resolve disputes, claims, and regulatory challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.

MIS & Reporting:

• Highlight potential project level/local risks and suggest early mitigation plans.
• Provide guidance and support to the project managers and VP operations on any issue impacting the project execution.

People Management:

• Facilitate development and growth of direct reportees through on the job learning and providing opportunities to shadow experience team members.
