Role & responsibilities

• Hands on Experience in Handling Right of Way for transmission line, negotiating with Land Owners and farmers and fixing the minimum compensation for Land and crops for construction of transmission lines.
• "Experience in Maharashtra is a must.
• Ensuring availability of land for smooth construction of transmission lines and Stringing
• Knowledge and hands on experience in laws and procedures related to land acquisitions and crop compensation and experience in ensuring the procedures for the same, Coordination with Local authorities/VAO etc for transmission lines.
• Experience in Statutory approvals for Transmission Lines, Approvals required for Transmission Line crossings for EHV, HV and LT Lines, railway, Highway, Bridges etc
• Experience and Knowledge in Route Survey/Alignment, Tower Spotting, Detailed Survey, Check Survey, finalizing optimal route taking into consideration crossings, ROW issues etc., Railway, Highway and other crossing requirements etc.
• Good oral and written communicating skill
• Proactive, Display Sense of Urgency, Killer Instinct, result oriented approach, Collaborative, Team Player, Adaptive.

Preferred candidate profile

Comprehensive knowledge of land rights and titles, survey descriptions, and legal and engineering terminology, including the ability to read and understand maps and engineering plans.

Basic knowledge of land and ROW-related agreements, deeds, easements, leases, permits and licenses.

The ability to read and interpret legal descriptions.

Hindi (read/Write/Speak) is must, Marathi knowledge is preferable
