Site Accountant

We are looking for a site commercial/site accountant with at least 3 years of experience in railways, transmission lines, and substations.

Key Requirements:

Good knowledge of HR, admin, commercial, and accounting

Hiring Guest Houses, Offices, Vehicles, Printers, arranging cooks, Maintaining Guest Houses & Offices, preparing expenditure bills, Vehicle & Guest House Invoice

Handling Security guards at store, arranging cranes for the store, Maintaining the bikes (Servicing & Fueling) and arranging rental vehicles

Arrangement of departmental labor guest houses, vehicles, and other needy works

Good knowledge of SAP accounting

Providing inputs for Project MIS

Effective liaison with RITES officials, Contractors, and other local officials

Coordination with the Finance team in HO/COO for any issues

Maintaining the project billing, Preparation of Bills

to provide necessary support to the site in charge as per the assigned works

Coordination with Procurement & Engineering Teams in HO/COO for any issues if required
