Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new products through research and development, focusing on organic chemistry and synthesis.
  
• Prepare LMP (Limits of Method Procedure) documents for product transfer from R&D to manufacturing scale-up.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes during product development stages.
  
• Ensure timely completion of projects by managing project timelines effectively.
  
• Conduct document reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Generation of specification of raw material, In-process & Finished product based on the lab trials & related supportive documents.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• MS/M.Sc(Science) degree in Organic Chemistry or related field with 10-18 years of experience in R&D process development.
  
• Strong expertise in organic chemistry, including synthesis, characterization, and optimization techniques.
  
• Proficiency in preparing LMP documents according to industry standards.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members across various functions.
