1. No salary increments, even after delivering results 2. Lack of proper policies and clear processes. 3. Notice period was made unnecessarily stressful and difficult 4. Threats over the phone about hold on release letters and which were delayed for over a 1 months due to poor communication between the client company. I hope this helps others make an informaed decision before joining

alchemy techsol is the worst consultancy. i have ever seen in my life. i worked for vodafone idea snoc project. alchemy techsol consultancy they mailed on june 29 2024 evening an said that the last working day. this is the first time in my life that i have seen such a work culture, i have never seen such a worst consultancy any where.
