Worst company experience they make rules according to their comfort. When I joined we use get 2 weekoff but then suddenly the policy was changed overnight and they started giving us only 1 weekoff. Then when we started taking compoff with leaves and. Weekoff they said we can't do that and we have avail compoff within 3 months. Yesterday my manager says we can't give you leaves more then 3 days. We had an internal meeting for salary hike and shift allowance btw they don't give shift allowance so manager says this project is in loss you have to wait for 3 years for hike and we can't give you allowance.
