I mean this company is my first step to come in industry. This company taught me not only business lessons/skills but life's too. I must say everyone should get this type of company and boss like the company have Mr.Arun Sharma Ji(M.D). I really like the workman ship and also developed master skills in me. Thanks to Alsapphire Facade Pvt.Ltd and main thanks to Mr.Arun Sharma Ji.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
