There are way too many dislikes for this company. 1. There are no set working hours and no fixed day offs every week. You might or might not even get a day off. Even sick leaves are not given easily. 2. They make you work overtime without wanting to pay overtime. 3. No social life and no time for family and friends 4ground-color: #fff5e4;">.No increment of salary for years</mark>. 5.They provide you with no copy of contract after taking our signature. 6. Extremely stressful environment and workload. 7. Will make you sign a contract during renewal of visa stating that we cannot resign within the next 6 months of visa renewal which makes it very difficult to look for another job. 8. Worst timings in the month of ramadan with no time for iftar or prayer. 9. No rooms for break or sometimes even washroom in many branches. 10. Company will never take your side even if the customer is wrong and even if the customer misbehaves with us, we will have to take the blame and may be suspended or transferred to far branches as punishment. 11. They will tell you it’s “flexible timing” at the time of signing the contract but it’s only flexible for the managers. They will keep shuffling your timings according to their wish. 12. Area managers show their power by playing with moving staffs around as they like. 13. Unfair treatment of employees. Favouring some staffs over others on the basis of their nationality. 14. Will forcefully promote you to other positions with the smallest increment of salary but huge increase in responsibilities for the minor increment. 15. Will not let you transfer your visa to a better exchange opportunities. 16. Only 30 days paid vacation a year and the vacation dates is sometimes changed as the managers wish.
