I don't like anything at there .

Dislikes

The management is don't know about the labor policies . Without any intimation the off-roll candidates take on hold .Anytime the company is terminating or hold the onroll candidates from his job and the company's don't have funds planning . Workers got the salary after 40 -45 days after the month end .

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
