The work culture is unique in the sense that there is a lot of people from different areas which helps us get insight from different perspective. Dislikes

Communication although good, can get hectic. Especially as there is a lot of personal involved and we are expected to update each one individually even if there is a group with all of them. Also documentation can be tricky to nail as each person needs the document in a certain format. Fortunately the latter is now offset with dedicated team.
