I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. The company has become a brand and it is a matter of great respect to work in it and it was once good in the company that they used to send the salaries on time.

When I initially joined the company, I liked working under my manager Mr. Praful Srivastava. He understood the work and also listened to us. After he left the company, the new manager who has come only follows the orders, doesn't she listen to the complaints of us freelancers? She listens to the complaints of us freelancers.
