They lay me out of the job in this covid situation

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees. And they expect more out come from new joinees.

Work Details

Worst. They didn't give you any chance to prove yourself. They just shout at you and questions your skills and they demotivates you.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
