Delivery head behaviour was ultra rude. There is nepotism here. Leads only want credit for your work. Manager will not fire leads with dependencies even if they harass employees mentally. You are hardly given casual leaves. Everyone is enslaved to CTO. Compensation is disgusting here. In three years they incremented to 5 percent each year and my CTC was below 5lpa even though lead gave better rating, VP would say this rating is just formalities,it doesn't matter. So kindly think before joining here, i would never recommend anyone this disgusting place....Read More
