I have been the guest faculty in Aishwarya College from last 2 years and I have learning experience through this college. Work culture is best than other colleges as the management focus on each and every perspective of work. College follows various policies which is helpful for both employee and students. I have a great experience of working during working with colleges. Thankyou.

As such there is nothing I dislike about the college

My work here is to take classes and prepare various reports an guide students.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Learns new things alot.

Dislikes

Alot politic and because of that they lose good employees. There is no appraisal so no career growth.

Quite struggled work life but some times i enoyed to be being there and to be doing my job.

Work days: Monday to Saturday

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
