I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. I have been the guest faculty in Aishwarya College from last 2 years and I have learning experience through this college. Work culture is best than other colleges as the management focus on each and every perspective of work. College follows various policies which is helpful for both employee and students. I have a great experience of working during working with colleges. Thankyou.
