Work life balance: depends on your department, it's really bad if you are in operations/IOCC. You will have to work not just on the weekends, but even if you are on sick leave. Salary and Benefits: are better now as the company has got privatised. Promotion and appraisal: depends on your boot|icking skills. If you focus only on yourwork, you will eventually feel undervalued and loose morale. Job security: It's a joke there, doesn't matter if you are permanent, contractual or even intern. Skill development and learning: you will be doing repeatetive work and keep doing it<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Company provides training sessions and seminars to learn/improve skills but again you will get your enrollment approved on the basis of favouritism</mark>. Work Satisfaction: No matter how much you contribute to the company, it will never be enough. You will be loaded with more responsibilities and be a scapegoat for the mistakes of their favourites. Company Culture: The culture is pathetic. Management keeps changing their decisions, not being accountable and always looking for scapegoats for their own mistakes. They will always create a fake sense of urgency in every task and exploit their employees. The new management is not that experienced to handle the Massive operations of Air India, as they have come from small airlines operating domestics. They always need a neck to hold for their incompetency, and they want you to treat them like some God. Only then your work will be noticed, even when you do literally nothing. Hahaha. This is my dream to work in air India company good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. And I am very excited to work in air India company

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

The job is quite interesting! struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. / learnt everything one the job. / got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Airindia management was pathetic when it was a govt company . My training was going on but they delayed it and afterwards they gave as a reason due to covid . We are keeping your batch and other batches on hold but now they are not even considering us . We have completed our training just waiting for our wings to fly and what did airindia management did they terminated all the batch who were doing there training . We are all about 20 of them in our department and our station, we are getting regular training in a week, non job security because air India is going to be privitise, no promotions at all, no travel tickets.. work environment is good.. good innovation..no work life at all..etc..
