1. Job Purpose

• Maintain/install end user software and hardware
• Troubleshoot/resolve issues in a timely manner on Laptops/Desktops/peripheral devices
• L-1 support to end user for MS Windows OS, MS Office
• L-1 support for Local and web-based applications.
• L1 Support for Routers and switches.
• Support to end-user for AV equipment /VC equipment
• MS Teams, Email, Workplace support

1. Key Accountabilities

Strategic Activities:
Contribute towards improving end-user performance and experience by making infrastructure Technological Tools availability

1. Skills/Qualities Required

Functional:Experience on any ITSM Tool with ITIL concepts
• AV Support using MS Teams
• Network Concepts including Routing, Switching and Wifi
• Working Knowledge of Teams, Outlook and OneDrive
• Azure AD, Intune skills an added advantage
• PC/Laptop & Printer Hardware Concepts
• Windows OS with experience of Remote EUC Support & Maintenance
• Proficiency in Communication (Written/Oral skills)

• Timely resolution of problem
• Accuracy/Time management in resolution

E. Educational and Experience Requirements
EducationB.Tech (Computer Science/IT/Electronics) or MCA
Experience 0-3 years
