Air-India is an national Carrier Company And whereas about Working in the National Company is Fabulous However We all Staff Are Like a Family

From 1993 No Staff are being permanent Expect In 1998 (Engineering Dept) The Main Reason of Privatization is Staff Shortage Security Personal are Casual/Contract basis Commercial Staff are Being Controlled by Foreign Companies(Air-India Sats) Taking over 51%

However 51% are being Controlled by Foreign Companies(Air-India Sats) Whereas I have Enjoyed my 3yrs tenure in the Company And Expected to work Till my Contract Renewed In every year We work in Profession , we Care like Family

Air India should have check on Private companies to which it handed over some airport to work for Air India. Private Companies are exploiting the employees by paying like labour catagory.which is defaming Air India's Goodwill too
