Politics, No work Life Balance, Stressful job, Lots of favoritism, Lead quality is very Bad. Good leads always given to favorited employees. No job security. They will pressurize you to leave your job if target is not achieved. Worst managers not qualified. They don't know even how to talk properly .Bad Management. Timings are not flexible.
