Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President Operations in Edtech Operations located in Delhi.
- The Vice President Operations will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing the budget and financial performance, enhancing customer service strategies, leading strategic planning initiatives, and overseeing project management efforts.
- Oversee and manage all day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of all business processes. This includes student counseling, admissions support, program delivery, and other related services.
- Manage the budget and financial performance of the operations division, including P&L responsibility. Develop and implement cost optimization strategies and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Enhance customer service strategies and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experiences. Develop and implement customer satisfaction metrics and initiatives.
- Lead strategic planning initiatives, working closely with the executive team to define and execute the company's operational vision and goals. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Oversee project management efforts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Implement project management best practices and methodologies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Identify training and development needs for team members.
- Analyze operational data and make informed decisions to improve performance and efficiency. Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders, including students, faculty, university partners, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Min 15 years of Edtech Operations experience.
- Operations Management and Project Management skills.
- P&L Management experience.
- Cost Optimization/ Budgeting.
- Strong background in Strategic Planning/ Process Planning.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Experience in the education or Edtech industry is a mandatory.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
