Vice President - Lending Operations (17-22 yrs)

The Loan Servicing lead is a senior leadership role requiring expertise in global credit and lending operations. This role needs advanced expertise in stakeholder engagement, matrix leadership alignment, and regional business variations. The leader has end to end accountability for the performance of lending business

- End to end Lending Operations, Strong experience in agency business, participation, and bilateral lending business. People Management.

- Strong understanding of the loans business, expert understanding of the operational aspects of the agency business, participations, and bilateral lending business.

- Advance knowledge of industry standing lending platforms, experience with system transitions, LIBOR cessation and large transformation initiatives an added advantage.

- Experience with client management, issues management and client service.

- Familiarity with Loans products and different platforms.

- Familiarity with Regulatory Requirements of different regions.

- Influences and navigates stakeholders effectively. Proactively builds trusted relationships with key global partners.

- Good collaboration skills, ability to manage teams remotely.

- Demonstrated ability to listen and communicate clearly and effectively through the senior executive level.

- Analytical skills to understand intricate performance measures.

- Proven Project Management skills.

- Experience in leading large multi generation projects preferably involving technology enablement (AI, RPA, etc.,), experience with automation.

- Excellent time management skills.

- Ability to manage teams working across multiple shifts in multiple geographical locations.
