With customer satisfaction the primary goal - the role includes :

1. Preparing Annual Operating plans and Business Plans

2. Developing the complete marketing & sales strategies to build consumer preference and drive sales volume.

3. Creating and leading a team of real estate advisors

4. Train and manage team to solve day-to-day operational issues to fulfil short and long-term goals.

5. Establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals

6. Carrying out pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure the accomplishment of projected sales targets.

7. Innovation and execution of various lead generation activities.

8. Customer Relationship Management - Maintain up-to-date information on all customer interactions.

9. To ensure the handholding of the customer through the pre-sales post-sales process till possession.

Required skills and qualifications :

- Management Graduate from a leading school

- Over 10 or more years of experience in a similar role

- Proficiency with Real Estate Sales - procedures and policies

- Conversant with new age trends and patterns

- Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities

- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff

- Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal
