Job Description :
- Owning up the planning and implementation of deployment under Wholesale lending vertical by carrying out the below.
- Identifying potential partners under this business vertical across asset classes.
- Ensuring a preliminary analysis of the potential partners is carried out in order to finalize on conducting a diligence.
- Anchoring the process of due diligence on the potential partners.
- Closing out the commercial negotiations with the partners and maintaining the yield and revenue targets of the organization.
- Ensuring CAMs along with the financial analysis for the wholesale partners are prepared by the team in a timely manner as well as presenting the same to the Credit Committee members.
- Exploring potential asset classes & structures wherein KSF could venture out in.
- Understanding the credit risk as well as identifying potential red flag events on the wholesale partners and presenting forthwith to the senior management at KSF.
- Ensuring the team exhibits the required urgency towards facilitating closure of due diligence.
- Co-ordinating with the partners frequently; deepening relationships and building a brand for KSF among them.
- Ensuring the team conducts and concludes the quarterly monitoring process for the partners.
- Own up the processes to launch various financial products including but not limited to term loans, NCDs, etc.
- Working with the Wholesale team; managing their daily deliverables and assisting them in coming up the curve with regards to financial analysis as well as due diligences.
Professional Qualifications:
- Should have background of the financial services industry esp. experience of 9-14 years in lending to financial services and corporates.
- Experience in sustained client relationship management experience at senior leadership level.
- Should possess an experience of building newer alliances & should have the flair to grow business volumes by developing a long lasting relationships with the partners.
