Role & responsibilities

Job Expectations:

• Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of the organization.
• Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership.
• Experience of change management large scale transformation in a complex organizational Collaborate across teams and with peers to ensure effective business process support.
• Leadership skills including the ability to influence effectively in a matrix environment.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in financial services.
• Experience effectively assessing stakeholder, partner, or client needs while consulting, building solutions, and developing processes.
• Experience working in AGILE methodology and SCRUM process (sprint planning, product backlog refinement, retrospectives etc), with ability to elicit requirements, user stories, familiar with tool like JIRA and Confluence
• Monitoring progress of the projects through governance meetings and provide regular updates to senior management & stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels including executives, managers, and SMEs.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and deploy soft skills to move work forward despite challenges.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy with ability to evaluate data and draw meaningful business conclusions.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Thrives in fast-paced agile, dynamic environment and can track multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
• Adapts to changing priorities and excels in ambiguous scenarios with a mindset to continue moving forward.
