Job Summary:

The Head of Commercial and Digital will drive the strategic vision and execution of commercial initiatives while overseeing digital transformation within the company. This role combines leadership in sales, marketing, and digital strategies to optimize brand presence and revenue growth in the competitive market.

Role is divided into parts:

- Commercial & Digital Strategy for Group

- Driving Execution of Strategy with the operating teams in the units

Job Description:

Commercial Planning:

Data, Insights across Primary/ Secondary/ Nielsen & Consumer Metrics. Developing actionable Occasion Brand Pack Price Channel (OBPPC) plans basis insights

Trade Marketing:

End to End Management of Commercial Programs. From Excel to Excel. Interaction across the value chain starting with planning phase with OU or internal Sales teams to driving end execution with front-line Sales teams. Work closely with supply chain, Finance IT and other relevant functions. Includes DME Management

Sales Capability Building:

Set the Sales Development agenda Develop relevant content for front-line and supervisory sales force. Build the training calendar across hierarchy. Develop a culture of world class execution via skill development of team. Manage the entire life cycle of as an associate from recruitment, induction, assessment centers, sales career path

Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, supply chain, finance) to align business objectives. Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and consumers.

Revenue Growth Management:

- Revenue Growth Management Set the roadmap for bottler volume, net revenue & profitability growth by key pack & pricing interventions. Build a NPD and premium portfolio that contributes to incremental NSR & GP to the bottler P&L.

- Develop cooler investment plan to build chilled availability in-store. Optimize freight, installation & OPEX costs associated with CDE. Develop a Fountain strategy to drive transactions in high footfall locations through affordable pricing. Work with 3PP to use latest technology for cooler tracking and productivity. Database management of all CDE in-market.

Commercial Transformation: Driving key projects for the future in close coordination with Supply Chain, Virtual Team Model teams & Sales.

Digital Strategy: Enable usage & adoption by the front-end teams for SFA/ DMS. Work closely with IT in introducing new technology with AI. Build plans around E B to B software adoption by Channel partners

Qualifications

Experience - 8-15 years of Experience Preferred from Beverage sector

Education: MBA Preferably from premier institute

Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.

- Proven track record of success in digital marketing and e-commerce strategies

- Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
