Head - Audit

Responsibilities:

- Preparation of Synopsis of Internal Audit reports for Head of Audit department and Audit Committee of Executives / Board of Directors.

- Processing the audit compliances received from branches across South Zone for closure of audit reports within timelines.

- Responsible for maintenance of records hard/soft copies as per ISO guidelines.

- Responsible for carrying out compliance audits, 100% verification of foreign exchange transactions on a quarterly basis for allotted branches & bi-monthly cash verification of currency chests as per RBI guidelines.

- Responsible for carrying out ISO audits in allocated Internal Audit Offices.

- Responsible for verification of Anti Money Laundering MIS received from Central Office.

- Responsible for preparation of periodic MIS on audit statistics and other qualitative reports for submission to Audit Committee of the Executives / Board of Directors.

- Responsible for administration of Internal Audit Office based at Chennai.
