Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve short-term and long-term goals.

- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency across all departments.

- Monitor market trends, competition, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.

- Complete responsibility of P&L.

- Manage the budget, financial performance, and resource allocation to maximize profitability.
