• Training Program Development: Design, create, and update training materials for onboarding new sales staff and continuous development of existing team members.
• Sales Skills Training: Conduct training sessions that focus on essential sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, closing techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.
• Product Knowledge: Ensure the sales team is well-versed in the company's products, services, and value propositions.
• Sales Process Training: Train the sales team on the companys sales process, CRM software, and other tools to improve efficiency and accuracy in tracking and reporting.
• Ongoing Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously incorporate new sales techniques, tools, and methodologies into training programs.
• Content Management: Experience in content creation.
