EDUCATION & OTHER SPECIFICATION :
Bachelors required

SKILLS REQUIRED Skills:

• 1.Excellent communication, excel and presentation skills.

• Good knowledge of technology.

• Proficiency in using training tools and software.

• Excellent skills in video content creation, video editing, digital content creation, Coral draw etc.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Training Development and Delivery:

• Design, develop, and update training materials.

• Aware of the TNI/TNA process.

• Conduct classroom and on-the-job training sessions based on TNI including hands-on demonstrations, Promoter's grooming & complete product knowledge.

• Evaluate the performance of trainees through observations, assessments, and feedback sessions.

• Identify skill gaps and recommend additional training or coaching as needed.

• Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant attendance, and performance evaluations.

• Prepare and submit reports on training outcomes, including trainee progress and areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with other team mates to develop new and creative ideas.
