Modern Trade Deputy Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Handles select Key Accounts of state
• Sales Budgeting Sales Forecasting for key accounts
• Store promotions-: Promotions at store level and ensure best customer experience for brand from assigned territory
• Stock Planning-: Stock planning and placement, Coordination with cluster managers & store Managers. Upkeep of Product masters, product availability of Must stock SKUs
• Business accountability-: Achieve sell-in & sell-out target for geography.
• Relationship management-: Owns up the relationship with Regional Account teams
• Team Management-: Coach and mentor team

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in Channel Sales, Store/Outlet Chain or relevant field with improving results.
• Strong written and spoken communication Skills.
• Team handling Experience.
• Ability to aggregate, analyses, and present.
