Very bad work cultures , totally non technical person present in this company . They don't know any technical term also they are not provide any joining letter any payment slip even Experience certificate. No leave payment facility (CL+EL) etc. Totally unculture company

Everything is dislike for this company , no work culture, no working procedure,no insurance facility even company staff, no leave payment facility, no canteen, maximum unculture people ( non technical) in this company. And most important no safety ,no ESI fecility They are only gives fake promises If company top management hire u and told we are providing 25k salary per month, when payment comes then check u only got 16k-17k . Never believe this types of company Note- most worst thing they are not provide any payment slip, joining letter if u resigned from this company they are not provide Experience certificate and hold last month salary Experience certificate and payment slip is most valuable for a experience person but company don't do it.
