They have well sanitized work area neat pantry and we'll cleaned restroom and also we have sleeping lounge if we not able to work at that time

Dislikes

Only thing is we don't have A/C Cabs in winter and rainy season it's ok to travell but during summer while waiting for a employee in pick up point literally you take bath with your sweat this is the only consern

For IT they won't treat you like an employee, they won't provide any travel food when operation teams working in Wfh , no Saturday weekoff no leaves for festival, & admin won't turn on even fan when operation are in Wfh forgot about AC , no growth no skill development program etc.,

Good work environment and culture. Working here for more than a year as a Desktop support engineer. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. You can learn and explore a lot. Well maintained cafeteria for chilling and a decent work place. Company policies are good and they provide a average pay scale.

Dislikes

Career growth is decent but it will be great if they spend a little lot for Information Technology as it is the core of a company. And as everyone expects.. politics, Nowadays as everyone knows politics is common and you can face it everywhere so remember your growth is always on your hands.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
