1. Office politics is very high. 2. All the seniors who are sitting on top level they are idiots even they can’t speak in english 3. They are destroying the career. 4. The only thing i liked about working here was work from home.

The salary provided here is a scam the PF contribution is been debited all by your CTC (ie employee, employer, gov contribution) The work life here is very stressful as there is no training provided and expected you to know eveything by your own The notice period here is 3 months which is not reasonable for someone working on a lowstage or process. The company has no rules and HR are not responsive over deductions, insentives or any sort of variable. The company provides incentives as bonus for Diwali which sounds very stupid in my opinion. Behaviour of every manager No development They will hire you on contract basis the before 1year they will put you in pip the terminate. Always ask for cv and never shortlist them. Initial it was 5days but they told after few days for 6days working Also the notice period is 90days Please don't join this organisation. Unemployed better then with in Ag technologies

Everything Manipulation on its max by senior employees Blank or bearer cheque of 1,50,000/- taken from employees, so if they are willing to leave, company will deposit the cheque and will bear their losses They don't even have a client Company is running on one client 15% retention amount deducted from our salaries and named as retention bonus and only given of we complete the contractual period, else the money is gone Internship certificate is not provided Don't do onboarding on time No Saturday holiday No Saturday activity Seniors are flippers , they don't even stick on their own words Politics is very ghatiya...Read More
