The salary provided here is a scam the PF contribution is been debited all by your CTC (ie employee, employer, gov contribution) The work life here is very stressful as there is no training provided and expected you to know eveything by your own The notice period here is 3 months which is not reasonable for someone working on a lowstage or process. The company has no rules and HR are not responsive over deductions, insentives or any sort of variable. The company provides incentives as bonus for Diwali which sounds very stupid in my opinion.
