Untill the PE owned client firms are ready to pay salary, everything will go smooth.

Job security. Unethical trade practices. Poor leadership. Many employees are with fake experiences adding work pressure on employees with genuine experience. 20+ years experienced candidates will be manager but a 2 years experienced candidate also will be manager because of their relationship with leaders and founders. They project to new hires as Nasdaq listed firm but none of the company shares are available to public. They have some incompetent leaders with age old thought process which isn't adding any value to new age workforce. Founders will exploit practices to ensure they save money and employees will have to pay prices for it. Aeries provided me work from home and I am looking for the same so liked it.

Aeries is the organisation which have different clients and Aeries hires 97% of the resources for their clients on Aeries payroll and so there's no job security they can lay you off anytime in 2 months, 3 months, or in a year completely depending on their client. My suggestion is not to join it as its general practice of Aeries to lay off resources anytime. If you decide to join please clear everything as Aeries can change their wordings after joining for example shift timing job location etc. Hr will speak to u very cleverly and after joining thing changes. The worst place I've ever worked

There's no ethics or work culture, lot of internal issues with management, no matter how matter how many emails are sent to HR, there's no response, incentives were promised at the time of joining, every month a new excuse was given instead of incentives, they did a lay off but they are not ready to compensate a full months salary, according to their internal policies only 15 days pay out can be considered, every employee who's worked here have lots of complaints but the HR or management have no time to listen to the employee feedback...Read More

Company is only good when the management is good

Horrible management, HR and other management does not solve the employee problems l, they always have an excuse instead coming clean. No job security at all never know when the process will stop and company will do layoffs also fake promises about the appraisal and promotion are often given to employees. Salary are manipulated according to the company benefits. Very hard to reach the HR to get the official documents after getting layed off. Processes are very unstable, senior don't take responsibility of subordinates to train properly..... Even if person has 7 to 9 years of experience in that field. There is no empathy shown to subordinate. We need to figure out own so no use to work in team.

Its very good at working at Aeries, but management is not that good

Dislikes

Management don't follow proper procedure, evetime they change the process and now days they informed employees to resign their jobs, even after good performance. So there is no Job guarantee in the organization now.
