It's a work from home job. My managers are cool people and they do not pressurize a lot. I can take leaves and there is no restriction as to why or I am taking leaves. They let us be independent and do not supervise us. They trust us with the job which makes us work more. The hike was awesome.

Dislikes

None If you work here getting loans is difficult as the company is small and is categorised as TIER D.🫤

Great culture, work-life balance, free and awesome food plus snacks, free uber facility, great compensation for night shift, insurance provider and online free doctor facility.

Dislikes

Nothing as such. Indian managers poke a bit without even knowing what is our work. We directly interact with client managers and job of Indian manager is just to monitor us.

There's no ethics or work culture, lot of internal issues with management, no matter how matter how many emails are sent to HR, there's no response, incentives were promised at the time of joining, every month a new excuse was given instead of incentives, they did a lay off but they are not ready to compensate a full months salary, according to their internal policies only 15 days pay out can be considered, every employee who's worked here have lots of complaints but the HR or management have no time to listen to the employee feedback...Read More

Horrible management, HR and other management does not solve the employee problems l, they always have an excuse instead coming clean. No job security at all never know when the process will stop and company will do layoffs also fake promises about the appraisal and promotion are often given to employees. Salary are manipulated according to the company benefits. Very hard to reach the HR to get the official documents after getting layed off. In total there are better companies out there with better work life balance...Read More

Two time meals in office with snacks n tea given. Office located at nice location.

Processes are very unstable, senior don't take responsibility of subordinates to train properly..... Even if person has 7 to 9 years of experience in that field. There is no empathy shown to subordinate. We need to figure out own so no use to work in team.

Management don't follow proper procedure, evetime they change the process and now days they informed employees to resign their jobs, even after good performance. So there is no Job guarantee in the organization now.
