Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! Not much to say but on-site staff is friendly and approachable whereas there's nothing more about company

Salary is the main problem because depending upon our qualifications we don't even have a yearly package in lakhs it's in thousands only and also we don't get any insurance from company even our job is high risk.

I'm working as a Site incharge but in this company all task are nontechnical , so there is no plateform to learning technical knowledge. This company provides salary at a fix time. Over time payment. No better opportunity for my future Under adani power Mundra. This company working as a third party . But I want to join a main MNC company.

Dislikes

In this company no fix time for working hours, always work load 14 hours morethen. All task performing non technical. Less technical knowledge gain here So i want to change in better opportunity
