Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the managment is transparent. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus depends upon project.

The job is quite good. I struggled a bit in the beginning at site work.I learned everything on the job . I did a multiple role in a company and its increased my confidence in work.

Company is Gud, but there is no job security. Appraisal is very poor. HR has no powers. Business head would rule the company. Very bad experience to work with them

I have overloaded with the work of two employees and my manager do not value my work. I am the travel coordinator for my department and even Saturday and Sunday whole day I m arranging tickets for staff.

You get to work on a lot of projects which develops your skill set.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. You might be working like 70 hours a week without any overtime compensation. Girls also stay late sometimes till midgnight and project lead does not bother asking how will they go home, they have to take Uber at midnight and get a call from security to ask whether they have reached home or not (which do esn't make the travel safe). Projects have less than half of the manhours actually required to complete the task which leaves no choice but to work day and night. On the top of it, you don't get much support from your team leaders, neither technical nor managerial<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. You might get a project which would involve repetitive work or you might get a challenging project which will enhance your skill set. I have faced both the situations & it turned out to be fine.
