No job security and pathetic appraisals, no promotions even after working for 6+ years and managing critical projects. People who butter their bosses are the most benefited ones even get rewarded for little work but those who work really hard and in challenging situation in site offices never get appreciated or recognized. Team in site / project offices are money minting mules.
