1. Not at Employee first Organization 2. They keep a part of your salary as "Dip amount" which they give collective once a year 3. No bonus even if you have worked hard because company did not make profit 4. The technology stack used in most of the products are so obselete that it will not contribute to your career at all. 5. Job security, lack of proper resource planning. I got hired for a good package, had just started the KT and was doing well, but 2 weeks afterwards was laid off due to company restructuring. Hiring was on going before and after the anouncement of restructuring.
