It's just a good company with a decent package for a fresher , initially it's good but the year end it would be too hectic and unavoidable.

The work life balance is bad , there is no bonuses unlike other companies, there is no additional perks like sodexo coupons , there no Diwali,new year gifts

Worst company in terms of salary. Stay here for 10 years, butter managers and you will survive even if you have zero knowledge. They will take people from Customer Service background in core HR team who have zero knowledge. The management is really not clear with the actual plan of action or any information to the growth plan and a very clear case of bias. Not the same ADP as before.

1. Takes initiative for Employee engagement activities. 2. Provides cab facilities.

1. There is no work-life balance. 2. Doesn't know how to treat subordinates professionally. 3. No training & development is given at all to the newly hired employees. 4. HRBP doesn't take any action inspite of raising so many complaints raised by multiple employees for the same reporting manager. 5. Talks to their subordinates in a very ugly way.

You will be asked to work OT without the payment and even on weekends
