Company was very excellent and the atmosphere also very good and ADP is a very good company. I can say, and I have very good memories in ADP. I like very much. I want to come back and I want to work in ADP once Again

Some managers are giving Partiality to some member and They are playing corporate politics with employees. It’s sometimes it’s not good.

1. Takes initiative for Employee engagement activities. 2. Provides cab facilities.

Dislikes

1. There is no work-life balance. 2. Doesn't know how to treat subordinates professionally. 3. No training & development is given at all to the newly hired employees. 4. HRBP doesn't take any action inspite of raising so many complaints raised by multiple employees for the same reporting manager. 5. Talks to their subordinates in a very ugly way.

Toxic management is supported, poor cafeteria food & hygiene, no promotions for hard working people (only bootlickers), bad pay hikes to good people, too much internal politics and learning opportunities are less in some teams who deny change of verticals. You will be asked to work OT without the payment and even on weekends

It’s a great place to work. You will create a comfort zone with this company. The leave benefits and health allowances are best. You will not feel like you are working but it feels like a part of your life. You will definitely enjoy working with ADP.

There will be frequent management and leadership changes. Due to which employees has to start performing again and has to prove themselves to the new leader. By the team there is an opportunity created for the employees again a chnage in leadership will happen.

It's just a good company with a decent package for a fresher , initially it's good but the year end it would be too hectic and unavoidable.

They will take people from Customer Service background in core HR team who have zero knowledge. Company is a global giant, it has a good brand. ADP has a good leadership for a service driven company.

-The growth is too slow, the hikes are usually very low no matter how profitable the company is. -There is no pay parity, you can be paid anything they like..there are no slaray slabs/bands for people working at same level -ADP in India is a very below average pay masters -HR team is almost non existant.. they have no touch points or backbone to address employee -there are 0 perks.. literally 0 perks to work here. I have worked here for almost 8 years now and they do say they are women centric but opportunities are only for men as they can contribute more time even a women is doing the same. Also they make sure your package is so high and no one in the market can hire you and you will be stuck with Adp
