Warning: enter at your own risk! I worked at Adixoo Brand and lived to tell the tale. But barely...This place was a masterclass in how not to run a business. The work culture was a joke, and the management practices? More like mismanagement practices. With a team smaller than a high school cafeteria, with loooooooootss of office politics. The LEADERSHIP : Inexperienced, unprofessional, and clueless about work ethics and technical expertise. The founders might claim to be tech geniuses, but their actual knowledge could fit in a tweet (and still leave room for hashtags). They had leads who had actual knowledge and expertise who have resigned already because of toxic culture. Right now they don't have even a single skilled developer, only some interns (we called them tappu-sena) are running the business with help of mighty ChatGPT. PROJECTS: Instead of actual opportunities, they rely on shady practices like creating fake profiles for client projects. Just the founder applying for contract jobs under their own name creating a highly unstable environment for employees.. Because, you know, that's not unethical or unstable at all. JOB-SECURITY : No Job Security at all. If you are joining this circus and don't walk behind tappu-sena within a month they will fire you without any warning or reason. They cast interns as superheroes expected to manage 5–6 years of experienced developers’ work. Escalations are treated like a capital offense here. They might as well have a sign at the entrance saying, "One mistake, and you're out!". WORK-LIFE-BALANCE : Despite being a small organization, internal politics will make your life hell. Only work, no life, micro monitoring, unpredictable salary, and an expectation to work late nights without any regard for work-life balance. Avoid this company at all costs! Please don’t join here. The company treats employees like fools and shows zero care for your physical or mental health. They have no proper facilities and absolutely no work culture. They make you work tirelessly without ever listening to your concerns. If you face any difficulties in your project, there’s no one to help you, and when the project fails, they will always blame you.
