This is one of the worst companies I've worked for. I was employed here for just a month and got terminated suddenly without giving any reason. There is no job security at all and they can cut your salary anytime. They force employees to work till late nights and have no idea about work life balance. Sometime they can make you work for more than 10 hours. The work culture is terrible and they micro monitor you for every small things.If you care about your career and mental health, stay away from this place. Warning: enter at your own risk! I worked at Adixoo Brand and lived to tell the tale. But barely...This place was a masterclass in how not to run a business. The work culture was a joke, and the management practices? More like mismanagement practices. With a team smaller than a high school cafeteria, with loooooooootss of office politics. The LEADERSHIP : Inexperienced, unprofessional, and clueless about work ethics and technical expertise. The founders might claim to be tech geniuses, but their actual knowledge could fit in a tweet (and still leave room for hashtags). They had leads who had actual knowledge and expertise who have resigned already because of toxic culture. Right now they don't have even a single skilled developer, only some interns (we called them tappu-sena) are running the business with help of mighty ChatGPT. PROJECTS: Instead of actual opportunities, they rely on shady practices like creating fake profiles for client projects. Just the founder applying for contract jobs under their own name creating a highly unstable environment for employees.. Because, you know, that's not unethical or unstable at all. JOB-SECURITY : No Job Security at all. If you are joining this circus and don't walk behind tappu-sena within a month they will fire you without any warning or reason. They cast interns as superheroes expected to manage 5–6 years of experienced developers’ work. Escalations are treated like a capital offense here. They might as well have a sign at the entrance saying, "One mistake, and you're out!". WORK-LIFE-BALANCE : Despite being a small organization, internal politics will make your life hell. Only work, no life, micro monitoring, unpredictable salary, and an expectation to work late nights without any regard for work-life balance. It was like they wanted to see how many hours they could squeeze out of us. If you're looking for career growth, mental peace, or even basic human decency— THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!!!.
