There is nothing to like basically. They do not provide anything extra than any other company.

Dislikes

1. They are the biggest hypocrites. Right from upper management till down to HR level. They say one thing to your face and mean exactly the opposite of that. 2. There is constant gap in communication in between Engineers and HRs, yet the blame for that falls on the junior-most staff like recruits. 3. There are senior staff over there(especially a Technical Lead named Satya Rama Mahendravada) who like to make fun of other people's names and think of Interns as their personal work boys. If an Intern tries to politely refuse to do personal stuff for him, he'll report that Intern as incompetent and get him/her thrown out of the job using his pull on the Manager, who also seems to believe him blindly over the truth. 4. Everyone, starting from your recruiter to your Manager will try to trick you into revealing your weakness, which they will then try to use against you during critical moments. 5. They organize award ceremonies and parties which are held for senior staff members , but even Interns are forced to attend them unnecessarily although they do not receive any benefits from that(neither salary benefits nor anything else), and the timings of these programs usually remain outside of the work timings for Interns. If an Intern doesn't or fails to attend even any one such event, that person is marked for termination immediately by HR team. 6. HR team is hopeless over here. They'll repeatedly make mistakes in communicating with Interns(since they're the junior-most staff), and they'll blame everything on the Interns and report them falsely to the HR seniors, who then take one-sided action. HR Gayathri is the best example of such wrongdoings. The Intern will tell her something, she understands something else and then reports an entirely false report on the Intern to her seniors. On top of that she even often doesn't communicate with Interns and keeps important updates hidden from them, but reports the Intern as an irresponsible employee. 7. The Manager of the Bangalore team, Manas, while recruiting he's your best friend, he talks to you like you're his best buddy, but the moment, when things get critical, he will side with everyone else but you, without even listening properly to your side. 8. They recruit people as Interns with a promise of 100% conversion, but convert only Undergrads who are in their final year. Rest all other Interns are ruthlessly terminated after being given false hopes by the HR team and Manager for about 6 months. In fact, they want you to learn, but never tell you what to learn. Its just a big joke that they like to play with people in need of jobs.
