Unreliable Company with No Increment Policy & Job Security I would not recommend this company due to its lack of reliability. There is no clear increment policy in place and even if you do receive a increment mail, its likely to be revoked. They claim "Budget Issues" as the reason for taking back the increment. That too after 4-5 months. This kind of instability and inconsistency makes it difficult to trust the company's commitment to its employees growth & well-being....Read More
