Lack of proper policies (actually they don't exist only), abusive top management, harrasment in terms of extended work hours, ignorance towards Posh situations, no emp. benefits, no concept of fnf, people are fired randomly without prior intimation and reason, no consideration to hardwork. When you try to speak the truth, you are faced with legal consequences. Overall, you'll end up realising you made a mistake after joining this company. It has been one of the biggest mistakes of my career so far to work with this company. These people expect you to invest your money for company work but when u ask for reimbursement, you are faced with questions that are only intended towards nullyfying the amt. And when it comes to giving the salaries, first thing taken into account is ur morning timings, despite the fact that u r asked to stay till late in ofc and finish work.
