The company opportunity to directly deals with a client's is a major positive approach. Quality of output is not upto the mark. Need to develop in various areas such as work environment, company policy, need to allotte HR & Management staff. Co-employer are really good they have work hard in any situation without tired. Every job will be in pressure with less quality due to pressure.

Dislikes

1.Work pressure is very high. 2.Need to concentrate working environment. 3.Need appreciation for good performer. 4.No value for the performer value is only for the person who accept the management words.
